Get your coupon that is good for one FREE file transfer for any SCCC member. The file must be “transfer ready” and will be imaged to a 35mm Velvia slide. Files may be copied to cd, or zip disk in .tif format. Your file must be horizontal or if vertical, turned to horizontal for imaging and must be 4096 x 2732 pixels. Be sure to flatten the file if you have layers, and set the mode to rgb color and 8 bits/channel. (This is usually a default if you have not changed.)
The file size will be approx. 32 mb when properly saved as a .tiff file. If you have a high speed connection, the one file could be sent to crabby@aol.com.
This is an opportunity for all SCCC members to try one of their digital files as a 2x2 slide entry.
The finished slides will be delivered at the first October meeting.
This is approximately a $5 value for 35mm slide transfer. The SCCC price for transfers when "transfer ready" and allowing me to collect full rolls of 36 is currently 80 cents per slide.
