The Sioux City Public Library is hosting an amateur photo contest to celebrate its 125th anniversary With entries being accepted through August 31.

Chuck & Marti Peterson are hosting a pot luck picnic for the Sioux City Camera Club at their home on Sunday Aug 14, beginning at 4 pm. Club members are invited to 4631 Meadow Lane just off Hamilton Blvd. Turn left on Kings Highway and right on Meadow Lane. Please bring a main dish or salad or dessert and plates and silverware. Iced tea will be furnished. PLEASE BRING ANY N4C ENTRIES FOR SEPTEMBER TO THIS FUNCTION. Also, if you wish to take a swim, please bring a bathing suit and towel as the pool will be open.
